KlinI: CleanHand was designed as an on-device operations terminal from day one. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means for your data.
1 Information We Collect
We collect nothing. KlinI: CleanHand does not request your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifier during setup or use. There is no sign-up form, no account creation, and no hidden data-collection routine running in the background.
2 How We Use Information
Because no information is collected, none is analyzed, profiled, shared, or sold. There is no advertising engine and no usage-tracking pipeline attached to this app. The project checklists, standard-compliance logs, and chemical-reference lookups you create exist solely for your own operational use.
3 Data Storage
All job site records, task lists, standard checklists, and safety-matching results are stored locally on your device's own storage. Nothing is uploaded to a server, mirrored to a cloud account, or synced to any external database that we or anyone else can access.
4 Third-Party Services
KlinI: CleanHand does not embed third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or remote trackers of any kind. The app functions entirely offline once installed, with no background network calls to outside services.
5 Data Security
Because your project and compliance data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own built-in security — there is no remote server holding your information that could be exposed in a breach on our end.
6 Children's Privacy
KlinI: CleanHand is built for professional cleaning company staff and is not directed at children. Regardless of who uses the app, no personal data is collected from any user of any age, which means no data is ever collected from children either.
7 Your Control
There are no accounts to manage and nothing stored remotely to request access to. All of your job records live in the app itself, and uninstalling the app removes that data from your device completely and permanently.
8 Changes to This Policy
If our approach to data ever changes, this policy will be updated on this page with a revised effective date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
